Upon registration, you are required to provide certain information necessary in the Mobilemo Service. Said information solicited upon registration may include the following:

Subscriber Payment
Mobilemo may use third party online payment providers, such as 2Checkout and Paypal, to process subscription fees. These third party payment providers may require the submission of personal data such as name, address, credit card number, expiration date, and the like. Mobilemo declares that it does not keep such data on its servers, and responsibility for such data rests with third party payment providers.

Where customers pay by phone or fax, Mobilemo may obtain credit card information and Mobilemo strictly uses such information solely to process credit card transactions and collect payment for the service. Mobilemo does not share such information and adopts the strictest standards in protecting such information.

Viewability
By default, your mobile site and all its interactive tools are accessible to the public just like most websites.

Control of your mobile site and its contents is only given to those who have the user names and passwords. To protect your privacy and that of your users, please do not lose your user name and password.

Cookies and Passive Data Collection
In order to provide a thorough and personalized service, Mobilemo uses “cookies“ to keep and occasionally track information about you and its other members. Mobilemo uses cookies to track information for our users’ convenience and to understand our customers better.

Mobilemo lets other companies that show advertisements on some of its pages set and access their cookies on a user’s computer. Other companies’ use of their cookies is subject to their own privacy policies. However, advertisers or other third parties do not have access to Mobilemo’s cookies. Data Stored in our Servers
You may view or collect data from your mobile site about your users that are stored in our servers. We do not view or access such data except to resolve a problem, improve a service, or to aggregate data for the purpose of providing site statistics.

EDITING AND DELETING ACCOUNT INFORMATION, SECURITY
Your privacy is very important to us and that is why your account information is password protected. Although Mobilemo provides powerful tools for you to communicate and share information, the decision on whether or not you share certain information with other Mobilemo members/subscribers or with the general public has always remained your discretion.

You can change any of your personal/business information any time, whether it be the information supplied at registration (with the exception of member email login and the mobile site name) or other optional information. You may change information in the Account Settings area in the Control Panel.

WHEN DOES Mobilemo SHARE PERSONAL INFORMATION?

Business Transfers
Mobilemo does not sell, rent or disclose any of its members’ account information with third parties without first asking their consent to do so. However, in the event that Mobilemo or substantially all of its assets are acquired, Mobilemo may transfer its members’ account information and profile information without their prior notification or consent as one of the transferred business assets.

When Required by Law
Mobilemo only releases member information when it believes such release is appropriate to comply with laws, enforce its Terms of Use and other agreements, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Mobilemo, its users, or others.

OPTING IN AND OUT
Mobilemo may occasionally use the information provided by Subscribers to send out promotional offers and updates to its Subscribers by email, fax, or other means. Mobilemo will always provide an option for its Subscribers to be removed from the list of Subscribers receiving such information.

CONSENT TO PRIVACY POLICY
By using Mobilemo, its website, mobile sites, or any of its services, you consent to the collection and use of information about you in the ways described in this Privacy Policy. Mobilemo reserves the right to update and amend this Privacy Policy from time to time to remain consistent with new products, services, processes and Internet privacy legislation.
