Mobilemo Contest Mechanics

1. Signal your participation by registering as a member of MoPersonal and opting into the Mobilemo newsletter to receive contest information and results. Contest is open to all nationalities. Note: It is imperative that all required fields of personal information (e.g. name, city) be filled up correctly and accurately as this will be used by Mobilemo to identify winners.
2. Unleash your creative prowess in personalizing your own mobile site by using MOST, IF NOT ALL, of Mobilemo’s tools.
3. Be creative and original in providing content for your mobile site—upload your original musical compositions, artworks, photos, poems, jokes, quotes, blogs and blurbs! Post real time announcements of your latest gigs, events, news, and gossip for your viewers’ reading pleasure! Create wacky personal surveys through MobileMo’s polling and voting tools! Review the latest blockbusters and bestsellers! The more exciting and interesting your mobile site’s content is, the more members will be encouraged to nominate and vote for you!
4. A contest period is comprised of two phases: the nomination phase and the actual voting period.
5. Nomination. Mobilemo users are given TWENTY (20) days to nominate at most TWO (2) of their favorite mobile web sites. The TEN (10) mobile sites with the most number of nominations at the end of the 20-day nomination period will proceed to the next phase of the contest.
6. Voting. Upon the end of the nomination period, Mobilemo members are given TEN (10) days to vote for any of the 10 remaining mobile websites (the top 10 of the nomination phase).
   
   A member is allowed only TWO (2) unique votes per contest period—multiple account voting is not permitted*. Hence, the more friends you invite to join Mobilemo and vote for you, the higher are your chances of winning!
   
   To qualify as a voter, one must be an ACTIVE member of Mobilemo. Qualified voters must maintain an ACTIVE mobile site—users with only a profile page as his mobile site is not qualified to vote.
7. Transparency. To assure members of fair play, Mobilemo will be providing a search tool which will display the total number of nominations a particular mobile site has generated and the list of members who nominated that site, as well as the date & time of nominations.
   
   Similarly, during the voting phase, progress will be displayed on the Mobilemo website to enable participants to keep track of their contest rankings. The number of votes for each of the ten finalists will be displayed with an option to view the votes in more detail – with mobile site names of those who voted, including dates and time.
8. Winners. The top three participants with the most number of votes by the end of the voting period will emerge as winners. List of winners will be announced on the Mobilemo website. Winners will also be notified of the contest results through their emails. For verification, winners must reply at most TEN (10) days from the date of the email announcements. In addition, winners are required to submit a recent photo for publishing purposes. If winner fails to confirm/reply, the concerned prize will be carried over to the next period.
9. Tie-breaker. In the event that there is a tie for the prizes, a mandatory 5-day voting extension will be implemented. The person having the most votes at the end of the 5-day period will emerge as the winner. Voting during the extension will only be for the prize with the tied number of votes and will no longer include the other prizes in the contest.
10. Once the winners are announced, all votes and nominations are set back to zero and the fun begins again. Previous winners of the grand prize are no longer qualified to win the following contest period’s grand prize but may still compete for the 2nd and 3rd prizes.
11. Delivery of Prizes. Prizes will be delivered to the recipient at most two weeks after the winners’ compliance to Mobilemo’s verification requirements. Courier costs will be shouldered by Mobilemo. However, winners will be shouldering all pertaining taxes incurred in the delivery of the prizes. Prizes are not convertible to cash. Damaged prizes may be returned to Mobilemo within a month after the date of delivery for repair/exchange provided that said damage is not born out of the winner’s negligence. MRM Studios, Inc. employees, including their relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity, are prohibited from joining the contest.
