1. Signal your participation by registering as a member of MoPersonal and opting into the Mobilemo newsletter to receive contest information and results. Contest is open to all nationalities.
2. Unleash your creative prowess in personalizing your own mobile site by using MOST, IF NOT ALL, of Mobilemo’s tools. Be creative and original in providing content for your mobile site:
   1. Upload original musical compositions, artworks, photos, poems, jokes, quotes, blogs and blurbs;
   2. Post real time announcements of your latest gigs, events, news, and gossip for your viewers’ reading pleasure;
   3. Create wacky personal surveys through MobileMo’s polling and voting tools; or,
   4. Review the latest blockbusters and bestsellers.
   The more exciting and interesting your mobile site’s content is, the more members will be encouraged to nominate and vote for you!
3. Nomination. The contest will start off with a 20-day nomination period wherein all MoPersonal members are given the chance to nominate at most TWO (2) of their favorite WAP sites. The TOP TEN mobile sites with the most number of nominations by the end of 20 days will compete for the prizes!
4. Voting. Voting of winners will start immediately upon the end of the nomination period and will last for 15 days. Members may vote for at most TWO (2) unique mobile sites per contest period. Hence, the more friends you invite to register as MoPersonal members, the higher are your chances of winning!!
   
5. To qualify as a voter, one must be an ACTIVE MEMBER of Mobilemo. Qualified voters must be distinct from the one being voted (multiple account voting is not permitted). Qualified voters must also maintain an ACTIVE mobile site - users with only a profile page as his mobile site is not qualified to vote.
6. Prizes. Mobilemo will award these three mobile phones corresponding to the top three creative Mobilemo members with the most number of votes.
