Good news! We’re giving you even greater control of your mobile site. You now have access to the complete set of privacy settings no matter what your account type may be. Now you can choose who you want to view your mobile pages, shared files, journal, polls, forms (for Premium accounts), or write messages on your guestbook or post comments on your mobile pages.
We’ve also brought back the public access option for shared files, but in a more filtered form. When you click on a Mobilemo member’s Shared Files, you will first see icons with the file types and the number of files uploaded.

Once you click on a specific file type, thumbnails of the shared files will appear, and you can sort them according to date or file name.

Consider these early Christmas gifts from Mobilemo to our valued members. Happy Holidays!
Mobilemo makes microblogging possible - and simple - with moJournal. Check out the Mobile Site Tools page and you will see the new moJournal tab. If you’re familiar with Twitter, Plurk, and the blog platforms, then you get the picture. Let your contacts or virtually anyone who views your mobile site know what you’re up to. Write short updates throughout the day, or make journal entries just when you feel like it. It’s even more easy and quick to keep your audience updated and to share your thoughts and your life.
Here’s how:
Click on the moJournal tab in the Mobile Site Tools page. Click Journal Settings to activate your moJournal and to set who you want to view your journal. You can also create a title for your entire journal, pretty much like a blog title. Each journal entry can have a maximum of 1500 characters. You also have the option of adding a title per entry.

Give your audience snippets of your thoughts and your life, or chronicle your adventures. Explore all the possibilities of moJournal. Activate it now and get into the habit of microblogging!
Watch out for Mobilemo’s updated Comments feature! Starting next week, instead of a general Comments section, Mobilemo will enable commenting per mobile page. Every time you create a mobile page, you have the option whether to allow comments for that specific page or not. Click on the appropriate box in the Mobile Page Options to activate this feature.

And then, when you view your mobile pages, you will immediately see how many approved and pending comments each entry has.

Due to the update of this feature, all previous comments on your mobile site will be deleted. We apologize for the inconvenience, but it is part of the update process. We are always continuing to find ways to serve you better and make the Mobilemo experience even more exciting.
Stay tuned for what will replace the Comments tab in the Mobile Site Tools page!
Mobilemo’s up and running again after some down-time yesterday for some system maintenance. We apologize for the inconvenience, but periodic maintenance is necessary so we could continue to provide you with an excellent experience at Mobilemo.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Thank you for bearing with our downtime last week. We’re now back with a completely redesigned site! The new Mobilemo has a cleaner, more user-friendly interface. It’s not merely a cosmetic change, though. We’ve also updated the platform with new features and enhanced the ones you’re already used to.
Here’s a summary of the changes:
- Totally redesigned interface
- Live preview when creating mobile pages
- All mobile pages are now editable
- Additional text-wrapping layout (two-image text-wrapping, left and right)
- Multiple file uploads (maximum of 5 files per upload, each not exceeding 5MB)
- Multiple accept/decline of friend invites
- Broadcast feature (you can opt to automatically alert your contacts via email every time you update your mobile site)
- New control panel / user home layout
- Add friends through mobile phone
Another feature coming up is an email alert for each tool. This will make it easy for you to keep track of all of your contacts’ mobile site activities.
Check back in to try out and enjoy the all new Mobilemo. We appreciate the feedback of those who have already posted their comments here. Stay tuned as we continue to improve your Mobilemo experience.
