Mobilemo started out as one of the products of MRM Studios Inc., a mobile entertainment company focused on mobile marketing and entertainment, digital musical services, and e-commerce. In 2010, Mobilemo became Mobilemo Inc., a spin-off from MRM Studios.

Mobilemo Inc. is now a mobile marketing company dedicated to providing solutions that allow businesses to maximize the power of mobile technology.

Content would drive this growth, and Mobilemo serves to contribute and enhance the world's mobile content. Though the Internet is still developing, much of the movement is towards mobile.
